Tommasi is a family viticultural company founded in 1902. It is situated the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, a small piece of land in the North – West part of Verona.
“Ripasso” method means that the wine is refermented on the Amarone grape skins and then it spends 15 months in Slavonian oak barrels before being bottled.

GRAPES: Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta 5%
COLOUR & BOUQUET: Deep ruby red in color. Rich spicy perfumes and black pepper notes with a hint of raisins.
TASTE: Full body balanced taste, very intense and spicy with sweet cherry flavours.
FOOD PAIRINGS: White and red meat, game, fresh and aged cheeses.
ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
